My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw on psychoanalytic, integrative, and trauma-informed methods — always tailored to what works best for you.

What to Expect
Therapy is a collaborative process. Here's what working together looks like.
First Session
We'll meet for an initial consultation to understand what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and whether we're a good fit for each other.
Ongoing Work
Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a safe, non-judgemental space. Sessions are typically weekly, lasting 50 minutes.
Real Change
As therapy progresses, you'll develop deeper self-understanding, healthier coping strategies, and a stronger sense of who you are and what you need.
